Tim Chen is a graduate from UCLA with a degree in Psychology and Economics. His career started at New York Life Insurance Company providing financial services specially tailored to the needs of individuals and families. In 2012, he switched careers into real estate and had the luxury of working with an elite team of real estate agents, consisting of six members specializing in both commercial and residential real estate and was one of the top producers in the year of 2013. Accrued between these members are over 60 years of  experience to provide towards your real estate needs. Since then he has worked and accumulated experience at RE/MAX Time and now KW Commercial where he specializes in Multi-family investments. His team has a collective track record of over $1.7 Billion of closed transactions.

On a personal note, Tim was born in Los Angeles and grew up in West Covina. Growing up in West Covina, he witnessed all the changes and upgrades materialize within this beautiful city. He was raised on the motto that if you are going to spend the time doing something, you better do it to the best of your ability. Looking back, it was likely initially a ruse to get him to scrub the dishes harder, (and it certainly worked,) but this lifestyle has followed him everywhere from his personal life into his professional career. Now he resides and works in the beautiful city of Pasadena.

For many years, it was hard to fully appreciate the fast pace growth of communities and how much of an impact real estate had on these communities. Now he feels honored to be a part of this growth and be able to help people find the investment that best suits their needs.
